To terminate month-to-month membership agreement, you are required to tender a written notice requesting termination via email to Rubeoliver@EliteUtraining.com. Once we have received and confirmed your request, the membership will terminate in 30-days. You are required to submit payment for the remaining 30-days within 48 hours of the confirmation of your request.
You, the Buyer, may cancel this Agreement at any time after the 6 month subscription period and which is 6 months from the start of this agreement. You are responsible for the entire months of subscription and there will be no prorated refunds. To cancel this Agreement within three business days of its execution, Buyer must tender a signed written notice to Elite U Advanced Performance & Fitness Training specifying the election to cancel. Such written notice must be sent by certified mail to Elite U Advanced Performance & Fitness Training or email to Rubeoliver@EliteUtraining.com. Auto Pay cancellation notice must be received a least 30 days in advance of your billing cycle (example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 1st and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must submit cancellation form or email by January 1st).
Payment Default: If Member fails to pay an amount when due, under this Agreement, Elite U shall be entitled, at any time, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Member’s membership and to require Member to immediately pay all past due balances. Suspension or cancellation shall not relieve Member from the obligation to pay any unpaid balances or remaining subscription dues. Any payments owing from Member to Elite U that are not received when due, shall bear interest at the
highest rate permitted by law. If Member fails to pay any amount due to Elite U when due, Member shall pay all costs and expenses of collection incurred by Elite U, including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses.
